This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which MB CONCRETE LLC handles refunds for deposits, payments, and completed services.
All deposits made to secure a project date are non-refundable once materials have been ordered, labor has been scheduled, or work preparation has begun.
If a project is canceled before any materials are purchased or work begins, a partial refund may be issued depending on administrative and scheduling costs incurred.
No refunds will be issued for work that has already been completed or partially completed. Clients are responsible for payment for all labor and materials used up to the point of cancellation.
If there are concerns regarding workmanship, clients must notify MB CONCRETE LLC promptly so we can assess and resolve the issue. Refunds are not provided for issues that can be corrected through repairs.
Weather-related delays or rescheduling do not qualify for refunds, as concrete work is dependent on suitable weather conditions.
Any approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
