1. Introduction

This Cancellation Policy explains the terms under which clients of MB CONCRETE LLC may cancel scheduled services or ongoing concrete construction projects.

2. Service Scheduling

Once a project is scheduled and confirmed, MB CONCRETE LLC allocates labor, materials, and equipment specifically for the job. Early notice is required for any cancellation or rescheduling.

3. Cancellation Notice

Clients must provide at least 48–72 hours notice prior to the scheduled start date to avoid potential cancellation fees or loss of deposit.

4. Deposits

Deposits paid to secure a project date are generally non-refundable if cancellation occurs after materials have been ordered or work has been scheduled.

5. Late Cancellations

Cancellations made after work has begun or after materials have been delivered may be subject to charges covering labor, materials, and mobilization costs.

6. Rescheduling

We will make every effort to reschedule projects when possible, depending on availability and weather conditions.

7. Weather Delays

Concrete work is weather-dependent. MB CONCRETE LLC may reschedule or delay projects due to unsuitable weather conditions without penalty to either party.
